How to request deletion

1. Email support@backlogr.store from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Backlogr account.
3. We will confirm the request and delete your account.

What we delete

When we delete your account, we remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Ideas, plans, milestones, tasks, and chat notes
• Recaps and in-app notifications
• Session and login data tied to your account

What we may keep for a limited time

We may keep records needed for billing, tax, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. Those records are kept only as long as the law or our legitimate interest requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Timing

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. You will get an email when it is done.
